I agree to the terms and conditions specified and that only the number of persons indicated will occupy my holiday accommodation for the period booked.  If I have to cancel my holiday, I accept responsibility for full payment should the landlord be unable to re-let.  I will leave the accommodation in a clean and reasonable condition and will pay for or replace any items damaged during my stay.
